Diya went for her one month check up and she now weighs 9 pounds and 4 ounces. That is more than two pounds heavier than when she left the hospital! She is 21 1/2 inches tall. She is in the 50 percentile for both height and weight. Her doctor gave her a clean bill of health and we will go back when she is 2 months old.
You can see her extra little chin in this picture. Diya is spending a little more time awake these days and holding her head up so that she can check out her surroundings. She is also smiling a lot. Occasionally she will let out an adorable little coo. It is so fun to hear her sweet voice.

I just can't get over how absolutely stunning she is. Little Diya is going to be a Diva for sure! With two little beauties in the house I think Jai is going to need to work on his methods of intimidation to scare away the boys.
Sure wish I could squeeze her a little bit. Some baby love would do me good right about now.
