Poor Isha has had horrible allergy problems this spring!!! She had been dealing with a stuffy nose and lots of sneezing for a few days, but was starting to feel better, when I decided to let her go to the park. When we came home from the park I put her in the tub and wiped her off to get all of the pollen off (this was during the few weeks when literally everything outside has a yellow/green glow from all the pollen) and when she woke up this is what I found.
Her eyes were so swollen that she could hardly open them and her whole body was covered with a rash. I had never seen anything like it. We went to the peds office the next day and they said she had cellulitis around her eyes so they put her on antibiotics and we gave her claratin in the morning, zyrtec in the evening, and benedryl for in between problems.

Poor thing! I feel her with all the allergies! I hope she gets over them soon and that they don't plague her for life!
Not fun. My kids have been red-eyed for weeks. I have heard that living in this area will give you allergies - even if you have never had them. NOT FUN!!
